Terms of Service

Terms of Service

 Effective Date: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trust My Medical website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Trust My Medical

Trust My Medical provides tools that allow users to organize, store, manage, and access information related to their health, as well as access health education resources and other health-related features.

Trust My Medical is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, health plan, pharmacy, or emergency service. Trust My Medical does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and use of the Services does not create a healthcare provider-patient relationship.

Information available through the Services, including educational materials, is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your applicable local emergency number immediately. Do not use Trust My Medical for emergency medical assistance.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for consulting appropriate healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, medications, test results, diagnoses, or treatment decisions.

2. Accounts, Eligibility, and Account Security

Certain features of Trust My Medical require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and to keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You should use a strong, unique password and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You may not use another person's account without authorization or allow another person to access your account in a manner that violates these Terms.

If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, contact us promptly at support@trustmymedical.com.

Trust My Medical may require email verification or other authentication measures before providing access to certain features.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms to create or use a Trust My Medical account. Trust My Medical is not currently intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. You may not create an account on behalf of a minor or use your account to enter, upload, store, or manage health-related information concerning a minor. Additional eligibility requirements or restrictions may apply as required by applicable law.

3. User-Provided Health Information

Trust My Medical allows users to enter, upload, store, organize, and manage information they choose to maintain in their accounts, which may include health-related information, medications, healthcare visits, test information, healthcare providers, and documents.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of information you enter or upload to the Services. Trust My Medical does not independently verify user-provided health information and does not guarantee that information stored in an account is accurate, complete, or current.

You retain responsibility for information and documents you choose to store through the Services.

Health-related information is provided voluntarily by users. Trust My Medical does not obtain medical records directly from healthcare providers, health plans, pharmacies, or other healthcare organizations unless a feature that does so is expressly offered and authorized by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right and authority to provide any information they submit through the Services.

By submitting information to Trust My Medical, you authorize us and our service providers to process and store that information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and operate the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You should not rely solely on information stored in Trust My Medical when making medical or healthcare decisions. Always confirm important medical information with the appropriate healthcare professional or original medical record when necessary.

You agree not to upload content that you do not have the right or authorization to possess, store, or use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trust My Medical only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Services to:

• Access, attempt to access, or interfere with another user's account, information, or documents without authorization.

• Circumvent, disable, damage, or interfere with security features, authentication controls, access restrictions, or other protections used by the Services.

• Introduce viruses, malicious code, harmful files, or other material intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise the Services or another user's device or information.

• Use automated systems, scripts, bots, scraping tools, or similar methods to access or extract information from the Services in a manner that interferes with normal operation or is not expressly authorized by Trust My Medical.

• Upload, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use or possess.

• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or provide false information for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Use the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes the rights of another person or organization.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain security, investigate suspected misuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

5. Medical and Educational Information

Trust My Medical may provide health and medical education materials, videos, articles, links, or other informational content. This content is provided for general educational purposes only.

Content available through Trust My Medical is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or a recommendation regarding any healthcare provider, medication, test, procedure, product, or course of treatment.

Health and medical information can change over time, and Trust My Medical does not guarantee that educational content is complete, current, or applicable to your individual circumstances.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions concerning your health, medications, medical tests, diagnoses, or treatment.

Trust My Medical does not guarantee any particular health outcome from information obtained through the Services.

Trust My Medical may display advertising, sponsorships, or other promotional content from third parties, including companies that offer healthcare-related products or services. Any paid or sponsored content will be identified as advertising or sponsored content where appropriate. The presence of advertising or sponsored content does not constitute medical advice or a recommendation or endorsement by Trust My Medical.  Advertising and sponsorship arrangements do not give advertisers access to information stored in a user's private health account. Trust My Medical does not use information stored in a user's private health account to target advertising to that user. Advertising may be selected based on non-personal factors, such as the content or general subject matter of the page being viewed, where permitted by applicable law.

In a medical emergency, call 911 or your applicable local emergency number.

6. Third-Party Services and Sign-In Options

Trust My Medical may rely on third-party service providers to support features of the Services, including hosting, authentication, data storage, email, security, and application infrastructure.

The Services may allow you to sign in using a third-party authentication provider, such as Google. If you choose a third-party sign-in option, your use of that service is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Trust My Medical does not control the availability, security, or operation of third-party services and is not responsible for interruptions or changes to those services that are outside our reasonable control.

Links to third-party websites or resources may be provided for convenience or informational purposes. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the third party or its products, services, content, or practices.

Our collection and use of information received through third-party sign-in services is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Records, Deletion, and Termination

Trust My Medical provides features that allow users to manage and delete information associated with their accounts.

Users may delete individual records or use the Delete All Records feature to remove health records and documents associated with their account. Using Delete All Records does not delete the user's sign-in account.

Users who wish to permanently delete their sign-in account and remaining account information may submit an Account Deletion Request through Account Settings. We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the person making the request before completing account deletion.

Deletion may not result in immediate removal of every copy of information from backups, logs, or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically feasible. Certain information may also be retained when required or permitted by applicable law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or other legitimate operational purposes.

Trust My Medical may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users, address suspected misuse or security threats, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

Upon termination or deletion of an account, the user's right to access and use that account ends.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Trust My Medical works to provide reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

Access to the Services may occasionally be limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security measures, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, add, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time. Where appropriate or required by applicable law, we may provide notice of material changes.

Users are responsible for maintaining copies of information they consider important and should not rely on Trust My Medical as the sole or permanent repository for medical records or other critical information.

Trust My Medical is not intended to serve as an emergency medical system, clinical record system for healthcare providers, or substitute for records maintained by a healthcare professional or healthcare organization.

9. Intellectual Property and User Content

The Trust My Medical name, website, application, design, software, graphics, logos, text, educational materials, and other content provided by Trust My Medical are owned by or licensed to Trust My Medical and may be protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, Trust My Medical grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.

You retain ownership of information and documents that you enter or upload to your account to the extent you have ownership rights in that content.

By entering or uploading content, you grant Trust My Medical and its service providers the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display to you, and otherwise handle that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Trust My Medical and ends when the content is deleted, except to the extent limited retention is reasonably necessary or permitted as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Trust My Medical's proprietary technology or content except as permitted by applicable law or with our written authorization.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trust My Medical disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

Trust My Medical does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that information available through the Services will always be accurate, complete, or current.

Trust My Medical does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, or other healthcare decisions made based on information stored in or obtained through the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust My Medical and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trust My Medical and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs or expenses arising from or relating to:

• Your misuse of the Services;

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law;

• Content or information you upload, submit, or store without the necessary rights or authorization; or

• Your infringement or violation of the rights of another person or organization.

This section does not require you to indemnify Trust My Medical for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services and may request deletion of your account as described in these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or other applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that you may have under applicable consumer protection or other laws that cannot legally be waived.
