Effective Date: September 4, 2026
Trust My Medical (“Trust My Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you visit TrustMyMedical.com, use the Trust My Medical application, or otherwise interact with our services.
Trust My Medical provides tools that allow users to organize and manage their own health information, access health education resources, and use other health-related features. Trust My Medical is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using our website or application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Trust My Medical, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account information, and information you choose to enter, upload, or store through the application.
Information users choose to store may include health-related information such as medications, healthcare visits, test information, healthcare providers, documents, and other information entered or uploaded by the user.
Health-related information stored in Trust My Medical is provided voluntarily by the user. Users decide what health information to enter, upload, store, update, or delete through their account. Trust My Medical does not obtain medical records directly from healthcare providers, health plans, pharmacies, or other healthcare organizations unless a feature that does so is expressly offered and authorized by the user. Users are responsible for the information they choose to provide and for ensuring that they have the right to provide information they submit through the service.
We may also collect limited technical information associated with use of our website and application, such as device, browser, security, and usage information, where applicable.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through Trust My Medical to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website and application; create and manage user accounts; enable users to store, organize, view, update, and delete information they choose to maintain in their accounts; provide requested features and services; communicate with users about their accounts or our services; respond to questions and support requests; detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Health-related information entered or uploaded by a user is intended to support the user's personal organization and management of their health information. We do not use information stored in a user's private health account to provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
We do not sell users' personal health information.
3. How Information Is Stored and Protected
Trust My Medical uses technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
User account information and health-related information are stored using systems designed to restrict access to the authenticated user associated with that account. We use access controls and other security measures intended to keep one user's information separate from another user's information.
Documents uploaded through the Trust My Medical application are stored in private storage and are intended to be accessible only through authorized account access.
While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or online security can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their account credentials, use strong passwords, and promptly notify us if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
4. When Information May Be Shared
Trust My Medical does not sell users' personal health information. Trust My Medical does not sell personal health information to advertisers or use information stored in a user's private health account to target advertising based on that user's health information.
We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:
• Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers that help us operate, host, secure, maintain, or support our website and application. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
• At Your Direction: Information may be shared when you request, authorize, or direct us to share it.
• Legal and Safety Requirements: We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of Trust My Medical, our users, or others.
• Business Transactions: If Trust My Medical is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not authorize third-party service providers to use personal information they process on our behalf for their own independent purposes except as permitted or required by law.
5. Your Choices and Control Over Your Information
Trust My Medical is designed to give users control over the information they choose to maintain in their accounts.
Users may review, add, update, or delete health-related information stored within their account using the features available in the Trust My Medical application.
Health-related information is provided voluntarily by users. By choosing to enter, upload, or store health-related information in Trust My Medical, users request that Trust My Medical process and store that information for the purpose of providing the features and services they choose to use. Where applicable law requires additional or specific consent for the processing of consumer health data or other sensitive personal information, Trust My Medical will obtain such consent as required by law.
Users may also use the available Delete All Records feature to request deletion of health records and documents associated with their account. Deleting these records does not automatically delete the user's sign-in account.
Users who wish to permanently delete their sign-in account and remaining account information may submit an Account Deletion Request through the option provided in Account Settings. We may need to verify the requester's identity before completing an account deletion request.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or required to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, or satisfy legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Users may also contact Trust My Medical with questions or requests concerning their personal information.

Users may delete individual records or use the Delete All Records feature to remove health records and documents associated with their account. Users may separately request permanent deletion of their sign-in account through the Request Account Deletion feature in Account Settings.
When information is deleted, it may take a reasonable period of time for deletion to be completed across applicable systems. Limited information may also remain temporarily in backups, logs, or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically feasible, subject to applicable retention and security practices.
We may retain certain information when required or permitted by applicable law or when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legitimate operational purposes.
